ILF Nigeria — registered as the Dela Adadevoh Leadership Foundation — was launched in May 2022 as the Nigerian affiliate of the International Leadership Foundation, a network that has equipped more than 26,000 leaders across 18 African nations, Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia since 2003.
We believe lasting transformation begins with renewed mindsets, values-driven action and principled leadership. Societal change requires changing attitudes and philosophies so that values-driven, cohesive and effective cultures can take hold.
