Led by people who have carried real responsibility.
ILF Nigeria’s sessions are facilitated by a panel of accredited ILF facilitators and invited resource persons drawn from business, the public sector, education and faith leadership.
Facilitators are trained in the 12Cs of Transforming Leadership framework and are selected as much for character and credibility as for subject expertise.
Resource persons join specific cohorts to speak into sector-specific challenges — governance, education policy, organisational culture or youth development.
What facilitators bring
