LADS is ILF Nigeria’s core professional development track — a structured curriculum covering self-leadership, interpersonal skill and the competencies that carry someone from doing good work to leading others well.
It is delivered in cohorts, with guided reflection and mentorship check-ins between modules, and finishes with a capstone project applied to the participant’s own workplace.
