Every classroom is a leadership laboratory.
Teachers lead more people, more days of the year, than most managers ever will — usually with no leadership training at all. TPAP addresses that directly.
The programme sharpens both classroom leadership and institutional leadership: how a teacher holds a room, mentors a student, and contributes to the culture of the school itself.
It is delivered in-person to school staff bodies, colleges of education and education directorates.
