Groomed early, led well.
Y2L exists to groom and prepare young people between the ages of 11 and 25 to become effective leaders — not eventually, but now, in the schools and communities they are already part of.
The curriculum runs across 11 lessons developing personal, interpersonal and leadership competencies. It is delivered through campus leadership labs and school clubs, supported by mentors from ILF Nigeria’s volunteer network.
Every participant completes a personal- and community-transformation project addressing a real challenge where they live.
Vacation Leadership Programme
An intensive holiday programme for young people, launched in Jos in 2023 and running during school breaks.
